Friday Night: GLOWGA is a fun, all level vinyasa class under UV lights! We supply the body paint and the glow sticks, you come in fun white or neon workout gear! Minimum requirements: A sense of adventure and a sense of humor! Body painting starts at 7pm, class starts at 7:30pm!

Saturday Morning: Handstands, Hollowbacks, & Headstands... Oh my! In this class, she will teach you how to safely invert in headstand, forearmstand, & handstand! All levels are welcome as many variations will be given from the very basic to more advanced options. Curious about hollowbacks? Laura will also explain how to safely start this challenging yet attainable forearm variation! The challenge that Laura's classes offer not only builds confidence and strength, but allows the students to have fun learning as well. Come flip your perspective with her!

Saturday Afternoon: Open your Heart: Come open up your heart and deepen your backbend practice with Laura! This class will focus on building heat to slowly open up the front body, shoulders and back for poses like King Dancer, Upward Facing Bow, Camel, Dropbacks, and Scorpion variations. All levels are welcome as many variations will be given from the very basic to more advanced options.

Sunday Morning: Finding Balance in your Body: Join Laura in this fun workshop geared toward getting you balanced on your head, hands, and feet! In this class, your balance will be tested in some fun flow to warm up the entire body. The main focus of this workshop will be arm balances and transitions... with some inversions sprinkled in of course! All levels are welcome as many different variations will be given, from the very basic to more advanced! Come challenge yourself and find balance in your practice!
